Circle training
The training is conducted in a circuit format: participants move through a series of exercise “stations,” performing physical exercises for specific muscle groups within a set time interval. Each station offers the opportunity to perform a variety of exercises that develop speed, strength, coordination, improve physical fitness, power, and endurance.
During the workout, exercises are performed using various sports equipment such as medicine balls, dumbbells, functional ropes, etc., making the training never monotonous or uninteresting.
