Vocational education, EQF Level 4 in coaching.
I have conducted several group trainings, personal trainings (both strength training and stretching training).
PRICE AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
20 – 40 eur/h
In addition to personal training, I also do online coaching, training plans (both for training in the gym and for training at home), I also do stretching exercise plans according to the client’s goals.
